Cajun Seasoning Mix - Brennan's
- 4 ts Salt
- 3 ts Garlic powder
- 2 1/2 ts Onion powder
- 1 1/2 ts Dried thyme; crumbled
- 4 ts Paprika
- 3 ts Fr. ground pepper
- 1 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 ts Dried oregano; crumbled
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix thoroughly (Can be stored in
airtight container for up to a month). Makes about 1/3 cup. Bon Appetit
