Cheesecake Dip
- 3 oz Lowfat Neufchatel Cheese;
- -Softened
- 3 pk Equal® Sweetener; or 2 Tbsp
- -regular sugar
- 2 tb Milk; 1% Lowfat
- 2 c Cool Whip Lite®
- 1 ts Vanilla
Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth. Fold in whipped
topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes.
Makes 2 cups.
NOTES : Aproximately 6 calories per teaspoon. Exchanges per 1 teaspoon: Fat
