Chinese Barbeque Sauce

  • 3/4 c Catsup
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar
  • 3 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 tb Ground ginger
  • 1 tb Liquid smoke
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
