Chocolate Chip Applesauce Cake
- 1/2 c Margarine -- or applesauce
- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tb Cocoa
- 2 c Flour
- 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c Applesauce, unsweetened
- 3/4 c Chocolate chips
- TOPPING
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1 c Nuts -- chopped - opt.
- 1/2 c Chocolate chips
- 1 ts Cinnamon
Mix cake ingredients as usual. Put into greased 9"x13" pan. Mix topping
ings. and sprinkle over. Bake about 40 Min. at 350F.
