Classy Mustard-Garlic Mayonnaise Dip
- 1 tb Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 ts Garlic Powder
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tb Capers
- 1 tb Fresh Tarragon; Chopped, OR
- 1 ts Dried Tarragon; Crushed
- 1 tb Fresh Parsley; Chopped, OR
- 1 ts Dried Parsley; Crushed
Blend all of the ingredients, together until smooth. Cover and chill. Makes
about 1 1/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Shrimp, Crabmeat, Duck,
Brussels Sprouts, Jimcama, Radishes.
