Creamy Pepper Dressing

-cholesterol
1/2 c Skim milk
1/4 c Water
4 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
1 tb Pepper; fresh ground
1 tb Cider Vinegar
1 ts Lemon Juice
1 ts Onion; finely chopped
1 ts Garlic Salt

Whisk all ingredients until well combined and chill thoroughly before
serving.
