Dak's Gugelhupf Wheat Bread for Bread Machine

  • 1 pk Yeast
  • 3 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c Nabisco 100% bran cereal
  • (or equivalent)
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c Dates
  • 1/2 c Raisins
  • 2 tb Pecans
  • 2 tb Almonds
  • 1 1/2 ts Almond extract
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/4 c Milk
Set browning control to light. Put all the ingredients into pan in the
order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start"
