Dak's Orange-Raisin Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)
- 1 pk Yeast
- 3 c Whole wheat flour
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 c Raisins
- 1 c Plus 2 tb fresh orange juice
- Warm, or
- 2 tb Orange juice concentrate,
- And 1 cup warm water
- 2 Egg whites
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat"
and push "start."
