Eagle Brand Milk Substitute
- 1 c Powdered Milk; PLUS:
- 2 tb Powdered Milk
- 1/2 c -Boiling water
- 3/4 c Sugar
Beat for 5 minutes and chill until ready to use in any recipe that calls
for condensed milk. You can not tell the difference and it cost just
pennies compared to the store, and made with low fat milk it has less fat
content.
