East Meets West Chicken
- 24 Chicken drumettes
- 1 tb Dry Vermouth (may substitute
- -orange juice for vermouth)
- 1/2 ts Ground ginger
- 1/3 c Soy sauce
- 2 tb Honey
- 1/3 c Water
Place drumettes in skillet. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over
chicken. Simmer slowly for 40 mins, drain wings and refrigerate for 24
hours. Serve cold or at room temp.
