East-West Slaw
- 1 1/2 c Diced Red Delicious apple
- 2 tb Lemon low-fat yogurt
- 3 c Presliced green cabbage
- 1/4 c Raisins
- 2 tb Chopped dry-roasted peanuts
- 3 tb Sweet and sour sauce
Combine apple and yogurt in a bowl; toss well to coat. Add cabbage and
remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving
size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 106 Calories; 3g Fat (20% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 21g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 87mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve chilled or at room temperature.
