  • 6 Egg Substitute, Liquid
  • 1 tb Soy Sauce
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • 1 15 Oz Can Bean Sprouts,
  • -drained
  • 1/4 c Green Onion, sliced
-----------------------------------SAUCE-----------------------------------
2 tb Soy Sauce
2 tb Cornstarch
2 c Water

Beat together eggs, soy sauce and pepper. Add rest of ingredients. Drop by
1/3 c. on greased surface and brown on each side. Prepare sauce: Mix soy
sauce and cornstarch. Add water slowly and cook until thick.
