Eggnog
- 1 Dozen eggs, beaten
- 1 qt Milk
- 1 cn Evaporated milk
- 4 oz Vanilla
- 2 c Granulated sugar
- 6 ds Cinnamon, approximately
- 6 ds Nutmeg, approximately
- 1/2 pt Rum
- 1/2 pt Bourbon
- 1/2 c Brandy
Mix well & serve. Note: If worried about salmonella, beat eggs & milk
together & heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the spoon. Let
cool and proceed with rest of recipe.
