Habanero Sauce
- 15 Habanero chiles-; stemmed
- --- not seeded
- 1/4 c Honey
- 3 Cloves garlic
Puree in blender.That's it! Be careful. If you rinse the blender with hot
water, you'll get a blast of capsaicin. Rinse it with cold water first.
