Half-Hour Apple Butter
- 25 oz Jar unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 ts Ground allspice
- 1/8 ts Ground ginger
- 1/8 ts Ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan, stirring well; bring to a
boil. Then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes; stir often
