Holiday Cranberry Sauce
- 12 oz Cranberries
- 1 c Dried apricots; diced or
- -chopped
- 1/2 c Brown sugar
- 1/2 c Port wine
- 1/2 c Orange juice
- 3/4 c Sugar; (white)
Cook and stir until thickened, about 20 - 25 minutes. Chill in bowl or
mold.
