Ice Cream
- 1 qt Half and Half; plus
- 3 c Half and Half
- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 3 tb Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 ts Salt
- Rock salt
- Ice cream freezer
Beat eggs. Add sugar, half and half, vanilla, salt.
Mix together. Freeze in ice cream freezer
Yield 2.5 quarts.
