Ice Cream

  • 1 qt Half and Half; plus
  • 3 c Half and Half
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 3 tb Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • Rock salt
  • Ice cream freezer
Beat eggs. Add sugar, half and half, vanilla, salt.
Mix together. Freeze in ice cream freezer
Yield 2.5 quarts.
