Jack Cheese Fondue
- 2 c Milk
- 2 c Dry white wine
- 2 oz Butter
- 1/4 c Flour or Butter roux
- 3 tb Corn starch
- 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tb Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tb Black pepper
- 1/2 tb Celery salt
- 1 1/2 lb Sonoma Hot Pepper Jack
- 1 lb Sonoma Garlic Jack
- 2 oz Sonoma cheddar
Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch,
stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just
