Jack Daniel's Chocolate Pecan Pie
- 3 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1 c KARO DARK CORN SYRUP
- 1/2 c SUGAR
- 1/2 c SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 2 tb MELTED BUTTER
- 1 ts VANILLA
- 1 1/2 c PECANS
- 1 SHOT JACK DANIEL'S
STIR EGGS, SYRUP, CHOCOLATE, BUTTER, VANILLA, AND BOURBON UNTIL WELL
BLENDED. STIR IN PECANS. POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN
50 TO 60 MINUTES, OR UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.
