Joan Mershon's Spanish Rice - Crockpot
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Green pepper, minced
- 2 Tomatoes, peeled, quartered
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 2 ts Chili powder
- 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
- 3/4 c Brown rice
- 2 tb Salsa
Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7-10 hours.
