Kahlua #02
- 4 c Sugar
- 4 c Water
- 3/4 c Instant coffee granules
- 2 tb Vanilla extract
- 2 tb Chocolate syrup
- 1 Liter vodka
- 1-gallon glass container
- -with tight lid
Boil sugar and water for 10 minutes. When cool, add coffee, vanilla and
chocolate syrup. Stir well. Add vodka and pour into gallon container.
Shake every other day for 14 to 16 weeks. Flavor improves with age. Yield:
1 gallon.
