- 1 1/2 c ZWIEBACK COOKIES, crushed
- 1/3 c SUGAR
- 1/3 c BUTTER, melted
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees
- -F.
- Blend all ingredients
- -together. Press firmly on
- -bottom and
- Up sides halfway of a 9-inch
- -springform pan.
- Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool.

- 1/2 c KAHLUA
- 1/2 c WATER
- 3 EGGS, separated
- 1/4 c SUGAR
- 1/8 ts SALT
- 16 oz CREAM CHEESE, softened
- 1 c WHIPPING CREAM
