Kakori Kebabs
- 3 lb Minced lamb
- 1 tb Papaya paste
- 1 tb Brown onion paste
- 1 tb Fresh onion paste
- 2 1/2 tb Roasted ground flour
- 1 ts Garam masala
- 1 ts Red chilli powder
- 2 ts Almond paste
- 1 tb Vegetable fat
- 1 ts Saffron
Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and leave to stand for 3 hours.
Using your hands, mould the mixture on to a skewer in long sausage shapes.
Place the kebabs over hot coal for 5 minutes, turning occasionally and
serve.
Serve with handkerchief bread.
