La Strada's Portabella Mushroom
- 2 Whole portabella mushrooms
- 1/3 c Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tb Balsamic vinegar
- 1 lg Garlic (elephant); roasted
- 1/3 c Sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tb Butter
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1 ts Basil
- 1 ts Parsley
- 16 oz Angel hair pasta; fresh
Coat mushrooms in oil and vinegar (3:1), add salt/pepper/roasted garlic and
water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour than add 1 tbs butter on top and
other ingredients. Cook fresh pasta in oil, till crispy. Put the mushroom
mixture on top of the pasta.
