Lady Sysonby's Cream Horseradish Sauce
- 1/2 ts Mustard
- 1/2 ts Sugar
- 1/2 ts Tarragon vinegar
- 2 tb Grated horseradish
- 2 1/2 oz (fl) (65 ml) double cream;
- -slightly whipped
- 1 pn Salt
