Lady Sysonby's Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 1/2 ts Mustard
- 1/2 ts Sugar
- 1/2 ts Tarragon vinegar
- 2 tb Fresh horseradish; grated
- 2 1/2 fl Duble cream; slightly
- -whipped
- 1 pn Salt
Mix in the ingredients in the order given, stirring in the cream very
lightly. Stand on ice.
