Lafond's Dijon Vinaigrette
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 tb Dill
- 1 tb Tarragon
- 1 tb Parsley
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 2 tb Dijon
- 1/4 c Rice wine vinegar
- 1 c Olive oil
1. Drop garlic into food processor, using the chopping blade.
2. Add all remaining ingreds and process until smooth.
