Lamb and Cabbage (Far I Kal)
- 2 lb Lean lamb, cubed
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 ts Peppercorns
- 2 c Water
- 1 Cabbage, cut in eights,
- -cored
- 3/4 c Dairy sour cream
Brown lamb cubes in butter. Add seasonings and water. Cover. Simmer for 45
minutes. Add cabbage. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Add sour cream. Reheat, but
do not boil. serves 6
