Mabel Nordholm's Rus Grot (Rice Pudding)
- 2 c Milk
- 1 pn Salt
- 1 Stick cinnamon
- 1/4 c Rice
- 1/4 c Sugar

Heat in double boiler. Cook 3 hours, stirring once in a while. Cool and
serve with Lingon berries (tytte baer).
