Macaroni and Cheese 002

  • 1 c Macaroni, elbow
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1/2 lb Cheese; grated
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, ground
  • Bread crumbs
1. Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot
water. Place in casserole dish.

2. In a saucepan, heat milk and cheese until the cheese is melted. Add
seasonings and pour over macaroni in casserole dish.

3. Mix with a fork, cover with crumbs and bake in moderate oven, 350F, for
15 minutes.
