Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 tb Flour
- 1 tb Butter
- 1 c Milk; warmed
- 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb Monterey jack cheese
- 3/4 lb Macaroni
Reserve 1/2 cup of each cheese. Combine flour and butter. Add warm milk.
Stir in cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
