  • 8 oz Macaroni; cooked
  • 1 lb Pasteurized processed cheese
  • 1 1/2 c Milk
  • 3 tb Flour
  • 3 tb Butter or margarine
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 ds Pepper
Melt butter. Add flour to butter. Gradually add milk. Stir in grated
cheese. Add cooked macaroni. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. (Season with
salt & pepper as desired.)
