Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

  • 1 pk Macaroni & cheese, prepared
  • -as directed
  • 1 sm Onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cn Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c Milk
Brown beef and onion. Prepare macaroni & cheese. Add soup and milk to beef.
Mix and warm. Combine both mixtures and stir or layer alternating soup
mixture and macaroni.

NOTES : This is a hit with kids and adults. It's a great dish to take to a
buffet. I use 2 Tablespoons of minced dried onion if I don't feel like
chopping onion.
