Macaroni and Cheese Salad
- 1 1/2 c Elbow macaroni, cooked
- -(unsalted, drained,
- -cooled to room temp.)
- 1/2 c Process American cheese
- -(cut in small pieces)
- 1/3 c Celery, sliced
- 2 tb Onion, chopped
- 2 tb Salad dressing
- - mayonnaise-type
- 2 ts Vinegar
- 1/8 ts Pepper
2 servings of 1 cup each 270 calories per serving
1. Mix macaroni, cheese, celery, and onion.
2. Mix salad dressing, vinegar, and pepper thoroughly.
Stir into macaroni mixture.
