Macaroni and Cheese Salad

  • -(unsalted, drained,
  • -cooled to room temp.)
  • 1/2 c Process American cheese
  • -(cut in small pieces)
  • 1/3 c Celery, sliced
  • 2 tb Onion, chopped
  • 2 tb Salad dressing
  • - mayonnaise-type
  • 2 ts Vinegar
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
2 servings of 1 cup each 270 calories per serving

1. Mix macaroni, cheese, celery, and onion.

2. Mix salad dressing, vinegar, and pepper thoroughly.
Stir into macaroni mixture.
