Macaroni and Cheese Soup

  • 7 oz Macaroni & cheese
  • 1/2 Stick butter
  • 3 tb Flour
  • 28 oz Chicken broth
  • -or 3 1/4 cup of your own
  • 1 c Beer
  • 10 oz Frozen mixed vegetables,
  • -thawed
  • 1 c Diced ham
In large saucepan cook the macaroni from the mix in boiling water until
tender; drain & set aside. In the same pan, melt the butter. Blend in the
flour & cheese sauce packet from the dinner mix. Gradually stir in the
chicken broth & beer. Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly. Add the
vegetables & ham. Cook & stir until heated thru. Stir in the cooked
