Middle Eastern Tabbouleh

  • 3 c Cooked instant brown rice
  • -(or homecooked real rice)
  • 2 Tomatoes, seeded and chpped
  • 1 c Fresh parsley, finely
  • -chopped
  • 1 bn Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c Fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 3/4 c KRAFT miracle whip salad
  • -dressing
  • 1/4 ts Black pepper
Mix together all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and
chill for at least 2 hours. Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 235 cal, 4.0 gr
