Middle Eastern Tabbouleh
- Serve with Lamb
- 3 c Cooked instant brown rice
- -(or homecooked real rice)
- 2 Tomatoes, seeded and chpped
- 1 c Fresh parsley, finely
- -chopped
- 1 bn Green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c Fresh mint, finely chopped
- 3/4 c KRAFT miracle whip salad
- -dressing
- 1/4 ts Black pepper
Mix together all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and
chill for at least 2 hours. Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 235 cal, 4.0 gr
