Saffron Bread (Eb)
- 3/4 c Water
- 2 c Bread flour
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tb Olive oil
- 1/4 ts Ground saffron -or-
- 1/8 ts Saffron threads
- 2 ts Yeast
If using saffron thread, grind to a coarse powder-like consistancy using a
mortar and pestle. Bake on regular cycle.
