Saffron Bread (Eb)

  • 3/4 c Water
  • 2 c Bread flour
  • 1 ts Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tb Olive oil
  • 1/4 ts Ground saffron -or-
  • 1/8 ts Saffron threads
  • 2 ts Yeast
If using saffron thread, grind to a coarse powder-like consistancy using a
mortar and pestle. Bake on regular cycle.
