Spicy Chicken Salad
- 2 c Cooked chicken; chunked
- 3/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c Green onion; chopped
- 1/4 c Water chesnuts; sliced
- 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
- 1 ts Dry mustard
- 1 ts Garlic powder
- 4 Lettuce leaves
1. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, green onions, water chestnuts, cayenne
pepper, dry mustard and garlic powder in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve on top of lettuce
leaves.
