Spicy Ladies Fingers for Blue Ribboned Wi - Falafel

  • 210 g Chick peas; drained
  • 1 Garlic clove; chopped
  • 30 ml Each of chives; parsley and
  • ; coriander, chopped
  • 1 Pinches chilli powder
  • Plain flour
  • Naan bread
1 Fill a medium size pan with vegetable oil and heat. Blend the chick peas
in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients and add
enough flour to bind together.

2 Shape into small patties and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen
paper and serve with naan bread.
