Spicy Ladies Fingers for Blue Ribboned Wi - Falafel
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 210 g Chick peas; drained
- 1 Garlic clove; chopped
- 30 ml Each of chives; parsley and
- ; coriander, chopped
- 1 Pinches chilli powder
- Plain flour
- Naan bread
1 Fill a medium size pan with vegetable oil and heat. Blend the chick peas
in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients and add
enough flour to bind together.
2 Shape into small patties and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen
paper and serve with naan bread.
