Spicy Vinaigrette Dressing

1/4 c Red wine vinegar
2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 ts Dried basil
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts File' powder; (optional)

1. Combine vinegar, oil, cayenne pepper, basil, mustard, black pepper and
file' powder in a small bowl or cruet.

2. Mix well. Use as a dressing for your favorite salad.
