Strawberry Supreme Cheesecake Dip
- 16 oz Cream cheese; softened/or
- -low-fat
- 1/2 C
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1/4 c Light sour cream
- 1 tb Orange liqueur
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
Process cream cheese, strawberries, sugar, sour cream, liqueur, and vanilla
in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Pour into bowl, cover,
and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with your choice of dippers.
