Sweet Carrot Salad
- 4 c Grated carrots
- 1/4 c Lime juice
- 2 tb Honey
- 1/4 ts Cayenne
Add carrots to honey-lime mixture Mix well and press lightly till somewhat
juicy
Serve at room temperature
