  • 1 Box tabbouleh mix
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1 c Chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 c Diced cucumber
  • 2 tb Chopped mint
  • 1/2 c Chopped parsley
  • 2 tb Chopped scallions
  • 1 ts Minced garlic
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
Mix together tabbouleh mix, water, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, parsley,
scallions, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper. Stir to blend.
Chill until ready to eat.

Approximately 6-8 minutes.
