Tabbouli #08
- 1 Bunch parsley; washed and
- -finely chopped
- 2 md Tomatoes; finely
- -chopped
- 1 md Onion; finely chopped
- 1 ds Dried mint; -or-
- 3 Green leaves; finely
- -chopped, more or less
- 1/4 c Olive oil (could use less)
- 1/3 c Lemon juice (more or less
- -depending on taste)
- 1 ds Salt
- 1 ds Pepper
- 1/3 c Bulgar or less (optionally
- -soaked for 30 minutes) (my
- -family even skips the
- -bulgar sometimes)
This is an authentic recipe, I hope you'll like it.
I hope this recipe works out for you, I usually fix it with out measuring
the ingredients. You may need to adjust the lemon Juice and Oil according
to your taste.
