  • -finely chopped
  • 2 md Tomatoes; finely
  • -chopped
  • 1 md Onion; finely chopped
  • 1 ds Dried mint; -or-
  • 3 Green leaves; finely
  • -chopped, more or less
  • 1/4 c Olive oil (could use less)
  • 1/3 c Lemon juice (more or less
  • -depending on taste)
  • 1 ds Salt
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • 1/3 c Bulgar or less (optionally
  • -soaked for 30 minutes) (my
  • -family even skips the
  • -bulgar sometimes)
This is an authentic recipe, I hope you'll like it.

I hope this recipe works out for you, I usually fix it with out measuring
the ingredients. You may need to adjust the lemon Juice and Oil according
to your taste.
