Teriyaki - Broiled Meat

  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 7 tb Shoyu - soy sauce
  • 1/4 ts MSG; opt'l
  • 2 ts Ginger root; grated
  • 1/4 ts Garlic
  • 1 lb Steak; cut thin
: -- 4" width - 4" - 6" length

Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu. Add
meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling. Note: May add more
seasoning to suit your taste.
