Toasted Cinnamon Slices
- 1 Recipe Passover Cookie
- -Dough; * see recipe
- 1/2 c Almonds
- 1/2 c Walnuts
- Cinnamon-Sugar mixture
OVEN: 350 degrees F Ungreased cookie sheets
Prepare one recipe of Passover Cookie Dough. ( * see recipe.)
Grind almonds and walnuts; add to dough. Roll into 2-inch loaves.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Slice, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and
return to oven.
Toast on each side for 5 minutes.
