Top of Stove Spareribs

  • 3 lb Spareribs or pork chops
  • 3/4 c Water
  • 2 tb Vinegar
  • 2 Onions, sliced
  • 1 ts Chili powder
  • 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 c Catsup
  • 2 tb Brn. sugar, packed
  • 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ts Paprika
  • 1/2 ts Black pepper
  • 1 tb Oil
Season meat, brown in oil. Add sliced onions. Mix other ingreds. Cover
