Top of Stove Spareribs
- 3 lb Spareribs or pork chops
- 3/4 c Water
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 2 Onions, sliced
- 1 ts Chili powder
- 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
- 3/4 c Catsup
- 2 tb Brn. sugar, packed
- 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ts Paprika
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
- 1 tb Oil
Season meat, brown in oil. Add sliced onions. Mix other ingreds. Cover
