True Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins
- 2 1/2 c All purpose flour
- 2 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1 c Sugar
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 c Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c Butter,melted&slightly brown
- 1 1/2 c Fresh blueberries,rinse
Grease 24 small muffin cups. In a large bowl sift together the dry
ingredients. Make a well in the center, and add the buttermilk, eggs, and
butter. Mix well. Fold in the blueberries. Pour into the prepared muffin
cups. Bake in a 400F oven for 20 minutes.
