Weight Watchers Crock Pot Spaghetti

  • 1 sm Onion; diced
  • 3 Stalks celery
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 cn (Large) tomatoes
  • 1 cn (Small) mushrooms
  • 1 cn Bean sprouts
  • Garlic salt (season to
  • -taste)
  • Season salt
  • Black pepper and oregano to
  • -taste
Brown hamburger with onion, celery and green pepper. Drain well. Add
tomatoes to crock-pot with other ingredients. Add mushrooms, garlic salt,
oregano and bean sprouts. Cook in crock-pot at least 10 hours. Can add
cheese to top of dish. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
