Weight Watchers Crock Pot Spaghetti
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1 sm Onion; diced
- 3 Stalks celery
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 cn (Large) tomatoes
- 1 cn (Small) mushrooms
- 1 cn Bean sprouts
- Garlic salt (season to
- -taste)
- Season salt
- Black pepper and oregano to
- -taste
Brown hamburger with onion, celery and green pepper. Drain well. Add
tomatoes to crock-pot with other ingredients. Add mushrooms, garlic salt,
oregano and bean sprouts. Cook in crock-pot at least 10 hours. Can add
cheese to top of dish. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
