Wild Rice and Chicken Casserole
- 6 oz LONG GRAIN WILD RICE MIX
- 3 c COOKED, CUBED CHICKEN
- 10 3/4 oz CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
- 4 oz PIMENTOES, SLICED
- 1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
- 2 c FRENCH STYLE GREEN BEANS
- 1 c MAYONNAISE
- 8 oz WATER CHESTNUTS
PREPARE RICE ACCORDING TO PKG. DIRECTIONS. IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE RICE,
CHICKEN, SOUP, PIMENTOES, ONION, BEANS, MAYONNAISE AND WATER CHESTNUTS. MIX
WELL. TRANSFER TO 9" X 13" PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR
25 MINUTES.
